Deletion requests

For server data deletion, include the email or account reference you used with AutoProof, if any, and any receipt-parse or support-reference details you have. Deletion requests cover saved vehicles, service records, reminders, receipt files, AI parse records, generated reports, support requests, and backend records unless AutoProof must retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-handling, or deletion-audit reasons.

Support boundaries

AutoProof Support cannot diagnose car problems, recommend repairs, confirm required service intervals, estimate resale value, handle insurance claims, or replace advice from a qualified mechanic, buyer, dealer, insurer, or legal/financial professional.
