AutoProof Terms of Use

Use of AutoProof

AutoProof provides organization tools for personal vehicle maintenance records. You are responsible for checking and confirming all extracted service details, dates, mileage, costs, service items, notes, reminders, and exported report contents before relying on them.

No diagnostics or professional advice

AutoProof does not diagnose vehicle problems, interpret OBD data, recommend repairs, provide repair instructions, determine required maintenance intervals, provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, or resale advice, submit insurance claims, or guarantee any buyer, dealer, mechanic, insurer, marketplace, or authority will accept your records.

AI suggestions

AI-generated extraction and reminder suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. AutoProof uses editable drafts and confirmation flows because you must verify the source receipt, vehicle information, service record, and any reminder before saving or sharing.

Your content

You should only upload receipt images, invoice files, notes, vehicle information, and service records you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you save or export.

Subscriptions and purchases

AutoProof may offer paid features such as additional scans, multiple vehicles, additional service records, and full PDF export. Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your Apple account settings. Lifetime Premium is a one-time non-consumable unlock, and Scan Credits are one-time consumable purchases. App Store purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment method changes are handled by Apple.

Availability

AutoProof may change, pause, or discontinue features. Receipt parsing, cloud sync, AI processing, local notifications, PDF export, purchases, and support forms may depend on third-party services and network availability.
